What we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. This means:

• Contact details you provide when you email us or book a call, such as your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
• Booking information when you schedule a conversation through our booking tool.

We do not ask for or collect sensitive personal data through this website.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, arrange and hold conversations with you and provide our services. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

Booking calls

When you book a conversation, you are taken to our scheduling tool, Calendly. Any details you enter there are processed by Calendly on our behalf so we can arrange the meeting. Calendly has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies needed to make the site work and to remember your cookie preference. We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept optional cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will prompt the cookie notice to appear again. If we introduce optional cookies in future, we will not set them unless you have given consent.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as our email provider (Google Workspace) and booking tool (Calendly), and where we are required to by law. These providers process data on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our services, and to meet any legal or accounting obligations. After that, we securely delete it.
